About Us
Behavioral health support, built where you live.
Front Stoop was founded on a simple belief: that everyone needs occasional support to give and get the most out of life.
Our Mission
Close the gap. Build the bridge.
Behavioral health has long been the missing piece in American healthcare — fragmented, slow, and hard to navigate. Your Front Stoop exists to change that. We anchor care in local communities, connect members to a core emotional support team that's a part of the primary care practice providers fast, and keep the entire care team — including your PCP — in the loop. Our subscription concierge model removes the barriers that have kept too many people from getting the help they need.
Human Goals, Evidence-Based
Every provider is credentialed and the goals we track have to matter to the member to matter. To accomplish the goals, only the most rigorous evidence-based care will be provided.
Speed to Care
We believe waiting months for a first appointment is unacceptable. Our average time to first appointment is 48 hours.
Community Roots
We don't just operate in communities — we build in them. Local partnerships, culturally responsive care, and providers who understand where you're from.
Measurable Outcomes
Care without accountability isn't care. We track progress, report results, and continuously improve the care we deliver.
Our Approach
Local presence. National reach.
Most behavioral health companies operate at scale by sacrificing personalization. We do the opposite. Your Front Stoop builds local care practices in communities according to our primary care relationships — real providers, real relationships, real accountability — backed by the infrastructure and clinical standards of a national organization. Your PCP can refer you with confidence. You can access care with ease. And your care team stays connected throughout.
Who We Are
Built by people who know this field — and know it needs to change.
Front Stoop was built by a team with deep roots in health insurance, care delivery, and behavioral health consulting. Together, we've spent careers inside the systems that shape how Americans access mental health care. We know what works, what doesn't, and — most importantly — what's been missing. This time, we're building something entirely focused on the human and their real-world needs. No traditional barriers. No bureaucratic detours. Just care that meets people where they are.
